"Jongie, c'mon. Get on with it, it's only me, you don't have to be nervous." "Key, c'mon. I can't get on with it, it's you, of course I'm nervous." He said mimicking my tone. His nerves seemed to have calmed down a bit, joking around always helped, and he leaned back on the door, closing it behind him. "So, did you write me another song?" I thought back to how he had confessed to me, and I couldn't help but hope it was. "No, it's not another song, this was much harder to write." he mumbled, walking over to the bed and sitting down next to me. "You know you're being ridiculously cute right now, right?" I couldn't help but ask, smiling as I watched him play with the hem of his shirt. "I can change that if you want," he looked up and his eyes met mine, a little smirk on his face. "Just say the word, Bummie." I shivered as he whispered into my ear, his voice deep and sexy. "I wouldn't mind that one bit. Although, I would like to know what's in that letter of yours first."

His smile. It had to be beautiful, just like his voice. Big and wide. Happy. Perfect. I felt my heart race, and it surprised me.

There were days when Jonghyun would walk home from the coffee shop in the rain. Today wasn't one of those days. He sat on a couch on the second floor looking over into the garden. There was a greenhouse in the garden, it was mostly used to grow some of the herbs that were used for drinks among other things, but today he saw something new in there. There was a boy, around his age, watering the plants inside. The rain had turned to mist, and his view of the boy became much clearer. He was surrounded by flowers, very beautiful ones, yet he was the most beautiful thing Jonghyun could see. He was the son of the owners, the son that had been studying abroad in America the past three years. That boy, smiling as he walked into the rain, was his best friend. The friend he had missed so dearly. The boy who had changed so much. The person he had been in love with for the three years he was gone, probably even longer.

It was months before debut and Jonghyun and Kibum had a day to themselves.

"Guys! Seriously! Not on the couch!" I was ready to rip my hair out, I would not stand witness to their drunken make out session! "Give them a break, Jjong!" Key laughed brightly, smiling at the two. "Are you serious? Shouldn't you be prying your Taebaby off Minho and screaming obscenities at him for defiling him?" I looked at him incredulously. He laughed again, and said, "Oh, the frog face isn't getting breakfast tomorrow, and I'm hiding the painkillers from him, but I'm in a good mood. Opening night went well!" he said, hanging his coat on the rack by the door. "They have their own room though! Why do they have to do any of that on the couch where I eat cereal in the morning!" I was already feeling slightly more like myself now that we were at home, but I was seriously getting tired of seeing people with their tongues down each other's throats. "You're just jealous cause you're the only one not getting anything." he teased me, eyes twinkling with suppressed laughter.

After more than seven years of pent-up thoughts and feelings for Key, Jonghyun wasn't keeping any more secrets.

Jonghyun and Key spend some time in Prague. The world is cold, but they are there to keep each other warm.
