Celia was the daughter of Roscuroe and Hannah. She lived peacefully with her family near Taylor, BC. She did not know what it was like to live in hiding her whole life, what it was like being a slave, or what it was like being captured and brainwashed into killing her own kind, and her parents were glad about that. There had been peace between Humans and Lizens for five years now, but that doesn't mean some still believe that Lizens shouldn't be treated like humans. One day while playing by the river, Rowan swims out too far and gets carried away by the current and Celia ends up in the water with him after trying to rescue him. Once they were able to get out of the water, they came across a very strange Lizen village where they would come across an old foe who had plans to destroy their bloodline. They are then rescued by a different group of Lizens who wanted to stop this old foe, but will they succeed in doing so before another war breaks out? Many years ago, Lizens, a raptor-like race that developed a human-like intelligence, and Humans lived peacefully. Then the Lizens started a war against humans, known as the Great Lizen War. The humans won and the Lizens became a slave race to them, killing off feather manes and using sorcerers to kill their own kind. It has been said that all feather manes have gone extinct and all sorcerers were brainwashed into killing their own kind, but it was not true. Roscuroe, a feather maned illusionist, lived alone near Taylor, BC, in the burrow that his parents dug out for him before they were captured. Roscuroe never knew his parents, but he had a friend, Hannah, a pink winged mega-tooth Lizen with long flowing light pink hair. He has always had a feeling for a while that he wasn't the last feather mane, and he journeys to find more of his kind and ends up leading an army for the next Great Lizen War.
