Timothee walked toward the door. Before he opened it, he spun around to see me again. Out of his pocket he pulled the half pack of crumpled cigarettes and tossed it to me. A smirk quirked up on his lips, but I could see something else behind his mask of a face. I couldn't quite put my finger on it. "Keep them, you liked them once." He said and then vanished behind the glass, leaving me to trip over the confusing sentence again and again in my brain. Happy Birthday Olive, love you long time boo.
