Unter vollständiger Transparenz werden in diesem Bündnis Truppen aus- und fortgebildet. Nach anfänglicher Orientierungslosigkeit beschließt Deutschland ebenfalls dem Militär beizutreten um Fuß in ein geordnetes Leben fassen zu können. Die Schrecken des Krieges liegen bereits Jahre zurück, dennoch muss Deutschland am eigenen Leib erfahren, dass die Taten der Vergangenheit nicht rückgängig gemacht werden können und das diese auf ihn projiziert werden. Russland hingegen versucht seine Beziehung zu Amerika vor seinen Brüdern geheim zu halten und unnötige Auseinandersetzungen zu vermeiden um das mittlerweile dünne Bündnis zwischen UK und Soviet nicht zu belasten.
