ADHOC is a robotics/military research facility in southern Nevada, completely isolated from the outside world. Very few are allowed to enter, and even fewer ever leave. One of the permanent residents of ADHOC is "Fandroid-" A robot designed to entertain humans, in hopes to distract them from the looming entropy of the ongoing nuclear war. However, no one in ADHOC is quite who they say they are- or think they are. Take it from Griffin, a janitor working at the research facility, who claims to be only working for the money... when in reality, he has a much deeper- and more desperate- motive. Or Julie, the high school senior working part time at the facility, who thinks that she really is just a janitor. Or the robot "Fandroid," who has been utterly naive to anything beyond his own room, where he has spent every second of his existence, not questioning a single thing he is told to do, deprived of any desire for free will. In a facility where too little- or too much- knowledge means certain death, what must those who work in ADHOC do to keep themselves from meeting the same fate as dozens of missing employees... and children? And what could this fate possibly be? Was "Fandroid's" purpose really only to entertain? Who's really pulling the strings at ADHOC? And what does "death" really mean anymore? No one really knows the truth. I mean, who can you trust when you're a fly trapped in a Web of Wires?
