Loona is an 18 year old girl in Manhattan, New York. She didn't have a great life, abused by her parents and rasied on the streets for five years. But she was founded by Captain Maria Chavez and rasied as her own. But Loona was different as she was born with pure white hair, and she was picked on and bullied by her parents and other kids for it. Loona become a junior Detective and helps the NYPD. But everything changed when she investigated Xanatos castle. And where she meet the gargoyles.
