He moved to Korea by himself at the age of two and half, and signed with SM Entertainment after debating where he wanted to go. He became the youngest trainee at SM in 2007. Lai Yu-han was a trainee for about nine years. His parents passed away a week after he came to Seoul. He doesn't really remember his parents much. He was practically raised by the members of EXO which also includes the former members. As he trained more at SM he became a very well known trainee by many SM artists. He also choreographed during his trainee days for many groups from Seventeen to BTS.
