Tobi is your regular teenager, bursting with curiosity to try new things. She wants to get the full teenage experience, no doubt about that. The same teenage experience coupled with peer pressure is what makes her get into a whole lot of trouble. More than ever, Tobi is about to discover first hand that actions have consequences; some more intense than others. For some consequences, you have no choice but to leave with the results. She'll have no choice but to learn that now. Join Tobi in her entirely bumpy ride of: laughter, tears and goosebumps. ⚫ ⚫ ⚫ ⚫ EXCERPT: "...I was just thinking about you then I decided why not get the most beautiful girl in the world something." I chuckled, "if I may ask, who is this beautiful girl you speak of?" I dropped my pen on the book on my table and closed it while directing my attention to Daniel. "You na!" He says and uses a finger to bop my nose making me laugh. "It seems you love teasing people. You've done nothing but tease me since you arrived here three weeks ago." It's been three weeks since school resumed and I must tell you, teachers have done nothing but kill us with classworks and assignment. The pending practicals we are yet to do is also a major problem. "I don't tease people, I just basically state facts." "If I get what you just said then, you just stated a fact about me being beautiful?" I arched an eyebrow. How corny! "Yes. Can't you see how beautiful you are? You look so gorgeous. Your face is so beautiful, your black eyes and the cornrows you have on your head makes you look more magnificent. Your pink lips which I always want to see everyday. Your lovely shape gives me sleepless night..." I couldn't stop blushing as Daniel said those words even though I tried too, but the way he kept saying those words... ⚫ ⚫ ⚫ ⚫ Blurb Credit to: @_mothawriter_

Five-year-old Kendall Frodell is a genius and has been ever since she was born. The fact that she can and does read high school material, can mentally solve a wide array of equations, and has an incredible memory for trivia could've all easily skipped her from Kindergarten to fifth grade. But Kenny's intelligence (along with her voice) hides behind vague, situation-based index cards and rewritten answers. Things quickly change when she becomes afflicted with peculiar fainting spells-- ones where she walks, writes, and even solves equations while seemingly unconscious. Her erudition is unwillingly revealed, and she's whisked off to an academy for people like her. Very suddenly becoming aware of a whole society of gifted children, school has never been more challenging. An enforced social hierarchy, infamously harsh teachers, blockheaded children-- and the brief disappearances of her classmates only add to everything. In the style of both Ender's Game and the X-Men, The Prodigies is a piece of speculative fiction that will leave you...curious. Highest Ranking: #2 in Science Fiction [©2017-2018.
