The vast prairies of rural Saskatchewan seem the perfect getaway to escape the pandemonium of city life. It's an empty place to unload one's whirling thoughts, a quiet place to rest one's head when it's fit to burst. But the prairie's aren't all-together empty, and in a world so famously vacant there's nowhere to hide. A horror short just in time for Halloween :) Content warnings: impaling, mild body horror, natural predation, death of small animals, creepy imagery

The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, is an American children's novel written by author L. Frank Baum and illustrated by W. W. Denslow, originally published by the George M. Hill Company in Chicago on May 17, 1900. It has since been reprinted on numerous occasions, most often under the title The Wizard of Oz, which is the title of the popular 1902 Broadway musical as well as the iconic 1939 musical film adaptation. The story chronicles the adventures of a young farm girl named Dorothy in the magical Land of Oz, after she and her pet dog Toto are swept away from their Kansas home by a cyclone. The novel is one of the best-known stories in American literature and has been widely translated. Its groundbreaking success and the success of the Broadway musical adapted from the novel led Baum to write thirteen additional Oz books that serve as official sequels to the first story.

This story is now in editing. Won't take long, I promise. Feel free to keep reading while I do it. "My lord, you cannot sell me, what will I do? Are you so heartless you would sell me to a Northman?" "You are a woman. You will do as I declare, or you are no offspring of mine, you miserable wench. I say you are to go, and you shall go. If you defy me, I will draw you to my knee." "Father, but..." "ENOUGH. I will have not have you shame me in front of our guests Ailith." He came towards me in large steps and threw me to the floor. Albert, our servant, gave father the cane, and he hit me until my dress was in tatters. I have never forgiven my father.

discontinued, dont even bother Elias's demon craved love more than his human counterpart craved air to breathe. With two mates, these emotions should be plentiful. Or at least, it was supposed to be. - King Nicolas Lawrence and Captain Lincoln Lawrence were happily married and worked along side one another. With both men being Royalty and in the public eye, they were always occupied by their profesions. One early December day, a shivering boy was found curled up in the pristine garden by a guard on his smoke break. That boy, a two hundred year old half demon named Elias, was mated to these men of high authority. However, the King and his Captain don't see Elias as much of a blessing. (extended prologue inside)

(MAN/MAN)/(PREVIEW ONLY) His friends call him Toby. He's grown taller, firm, as handsome as everyone had expected. The man's dark eyes are open and honest when he speaks to the elders at church but wicked when night falls and he stumbles into his house, half boozed out of mind. I don't know what had broken the Tobias from my childhood, the boy from behind the rose bushes that I'd held in such high regard. I suppose he could have been that way from the start. No one seems to notice it, the anger that storms behind the slate eyes. No one wants to take hold of his roots and check his petals for bruising. - PREVIEW ONLY. PATREON EXCLUSIVE.
