School is a drag. Life can be monotonous and boring. But it doesn't have to be if you don't let it. A modern high school AU for the characters of Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. Primarily centred around Enoch O'Connor and Olive Elephanta (as their film selves).

Olive has always had a crush on Enoch. All the peculiars knew it too. Except for Enoch. He just thought of them as close friends. The one time Olive actually believes she has a chance with Enoch her heart is broken because a new peculiar who is visiting happens to have taken a liking for Mr. O' Connor. As Enoch and the new girl get closer and Enoch shuts out Olive more and more, Olive realizes that her hope of ever being with Enoch is just a dream.

These characters do not belong to me except the OCs :) Also, this is a fanfic, so no changing of real story intended. -------------------------------------------- Olive Elephanta, the fire wielder, was always known as the kind, lovely and cheerful person. Since she was such a character, people in the peculiar house always rely on her in dealing with Enoch O'Connor, the grumpy animator. Everybody knows of Olive's feelings for Enoch, except him of course. Unfortunately, the boy had a crush on the other girl, Emma Bloom and left Olive in pain for years. Little did anyone know, Olive has a secret. A secret where even Miss Peregerine was unaware of. Who was the real Olive Elephanta before Miss Peregerine found her and what happend to her true story? What happens if Enoch found out?
