^^Trigger Cautions This book contains topics that may be unsuitable for those who have suffered of are still suffering eating disorders or self depreciating illnesses. If you are suffering please know you are not alone^^ A story about a girl who struggles just living day to day life. She thinks she deserves everything they do to her, after all she is ugly and 'Cold Inside'. ---An extract from the book--- "I let the cool water run over my skin like a waterfall. Running freely down to my fingertips and crashing to the floor with a soothing pitter patter sound. This water will make me thinner, I'll look beautiful once I'm done, it doesn't matter how cold it is. It will make me beautiful, I'm determined... I stay until I begin to shiver, and my wrinkled fingertips begin to fumble with the switch for the shower. After three failed attempts my fingers manage to move just enough to stop the flow of the water. Shivering I exit the shower grabbing my towel off the rail. As I wrap the towel around me I stumble over the bath mat and fall to the ground. All I can hear a thousand times over chanting in my head is the word "EAT", as my vision clouds over and I fade into unconsciousness, for the first time."
