Excerpt: I scoffed, shaking my head disapprovingly. "Are you drunk?" He laughed, which, naturally, would've made me even angrier, but I found myself also smiling. "Yes, I am drunk. Just like you are beautiful. Tomorrow will be different though, because than, I'll be sober but you," he reached out to caress my cheek. "You will still be beautiful." And then, his lips captured mine. * * * Jay, she's one of the last remaining black werewolves, her raven-like coat distinguishes her rank: a Monarch, rightful heir to the throne.
