What would have happened if Francis didn't die in 3x05 well this is what I think would have happened?

Mary couldn't stop thinking that what if she had Francis first child what if Francis doesn't love her anymore. What if she runs away and rule all by herself in Scotland. All these questions run through her head, Caused her to run away. "Pack all of my things I'm going back to Scotland I am no longer nedded here" she ordered her servant "But your majesty-" she tried to argue but Mary quickly cut her off "Dont you dare tell the king about this!
