Jungkook and Taehyung are both rulers of their own worlds; they're kings of their own holiday. For centuries, their life had been the same- an endless routine that built around their holiday, but their life slowly changed on one Halloween night. Loosely based on the Little Mermaid, Jungkook is a merman destined to rule the sea but his heart yearns to experience something different-something more. He doesn't quite remember when his infatuation with the prince of the land, Kim Taehyung, began but he's determined to somehow be a part of his world while helping his family at the same time.
