After escaping Hydra during a mission, 13 year old Peter Parker is put into child protection services who bring him to an orphanage full of abuse. After a year of debate he decides to put on a mask as the vigilante Spiderman to use his powers to protect rather then kill. Soon his actions are noticed by Shield and the Avengers and the team is put into action. During this madness Tony Rodgers Stark and Steve Rodger's Stark decide to adopt. May contain gore and probs bad language Completed And lastly none of the avengers or Spiderman belong to me, they belong to Marvel, however I created the storyline.

Peters day was going great. He caught criminals, received a sandwich from a nice lady he helped, and many high fives and cheers from fans. Everything was going great until he tried to stop a robbery with his aunts body laying on the ground. After being taken in by Tony Stark, his mentor, what challenges is he going to face?
