Naruto and Naruko are both jinchuriki only Naruko has the kyuubi's chakra and Naruto has the kyuubi soul sealed inside of him. Naruto doesn't have a good life after that. He neglected by his parents, but not his by his sisters. He doesn't get special training from his parents like his twin gets.
