Disclaimer- Any of the characters that are recognisable from the Harry Potter series belong to JK Rowling. Any of the characters that are recognisable from the Percy Jackson series or The Heroes Of Olympus series belong to Rick Riordan. Any of the characters that are not recognisable from these belong to me (Atlanta, Besty, Tom and all of the children of the original characters) The oneshots at the end belong to whoever I have given the credit to. The cover art belongs to the respective artists, but the cover itself belongs to me.

On Christmas Eve, around 1812, Pip, an orphan who is about six years old, encounters an escaped convict in the village churchyard while visiting the graves of his mother, father, and siblings. The convict scares Pip into stealing food and a file to grind away his shackles, from the home he shares with his abusive older sister and her kind, passive husband Joe Gargery, a blacksmith. The next day, soldiers recapture the convict while he is engaged in a fight with another convict; the two are returned to the prison ships from which they escaped...

Here her life turns upside down as she discovers the reason she moves so much and an unreported murder right in room 2285. But the thing that changes everything so much - high school. Oh and I forgot to mention her alien boyfriend who may or may not be a rock but that doesn't really matter right?
