How can he get money without any banks? Easy. He needs to find a rich gentleman in the crowd and make him fall in love with him until he gives him money. But...what if he actually does falls in love with his prey?

During a World Meeting, countries noticed that the personification of England didn't attend. Most of them brushed it off thinking that he was just sick or didn't feel like coming and would be back at the second meeting. But they were wrong.
