Raphael was said to be the Angel of healing. And so when HYDRA's new experiment developed into a creature of Heavenly beauty and reasonably unlimited healing(she can't heal amputations) they gave her the name Raphael. Having also been testing spliced DNA they had successfully moulded her body in a way that gave her wings and the light bone density that goes with it. Raphael has never left the compound in which she was raised in. Though she wishes to see the sky it becomes a distant dream as a substitute for it presents itself in the form of a man, though not just any man, The Winter Soldier. How will this cold warrior react to this little winged girl.
