What if izaya had a twin? Izaya is cunning, intelligent , manipulative, a little sadistic, and has a very teasing personality. While his twin Ikari is a little naive, kind, nervous, intelligent, and overall a pretty nice person in general. Much to everyone's shock. But what would happen is Ikari came back from a college in England and he has a little run in with Shizuo? And what if the 'new' Orihara was a lot more than everyone initially led on?

Being sarcastic and arrogant become a trade mark for Izaya. However, no one knew what's the deepest secret that he hold deep inside. What will Shizuo do when he know about it?

But, soon after seeing Shizuo in an abandoned park with new words formed above his head, Izaya wishes he'd never been given the ability. "Shizuo Heiwajima wants to die."

Just a few facts about the Durarara characters, the crew, and more.

After Vorona stabbed Izaya during his fight with Shizuo, he was taken far away from Ikebukuro to see an underground doctor to treat his wounds if he survived. Kine and Manami went back to their lives after hearing Izaya was alive. Shizuo, Shinra, Celty, and others assumed the self proclaimed "god" had died and went on to live their 'normal' lives. (I do not own any of the characters, only the plot of the story!)

For the first time ever Shizuo tells off a certain information broker instead of killing him, the bodyguard goes home thinking his harsh words had no effect on Izaya. How wrong he was.
