Mike estava vivendo seu sonho, estando longe de seus pais, finalmente cursando o que lhe fazia perder o ar e se permitindo olhar para garotos, como tinha se negligenciado por toda a sua adolescência. Bem, ele não olhava para garotos no plural, apenas para um adorável de olhos esverdeados e madeixas castanhas: Will Byers, seu colega de quarto. Will estudava artes e era simplesmente o ser mais divino que Mike já pôde pôr seus olhos em. Quando sorria, seu rosto parecia brilhar, suas piadas eram sempre agradáveis e inteligentes, seus dedos ágeis viviam desenhando em papéis espalhados pelo dormitório e ele não se importava em compartilhar os doces que comprava. Mas...Will sequer o olhava. Vivia saindo com garotos dos mais diferentes estilos, todos intelectuais que faziam o Byers derreter em suas mãos. Mike os odiava, é claro; mas talvez se irritasse ainda mais consigo mesmo, por não conseguir agir como todos eles conseguiam, de forma que impressionasse a Will, sequer sabia por onde começar. Graças à Afrodite, criou uma lista de possíveis formas de conseguir o Byers. Mesmo que fosse uma lista completamente errônea e que apenas arrancava risadas de Will em suas tentativas, valeria a pena. A story of Will and Mike realising there love for each other. 1986 isn't the easiest for 16 year old Will Byers. After moving away from his home town he has struggled in making new friends. The only one he counts on is his step-sister El. Will missed the chance with a normal childhood and all he wants is it back but after the move he had to say goodbye to his friends: Dustin, Lucas, Max and Mike. Without them Will is struggling with his identity, he has no one to turn to. Will just wants to remember the time when things were easier. Mike now without his ex-girlfriend El and his friend Will is having trouble in Hawkins. He now has lost both of the people who meant the most to him. Though he has his other friends it isn't the same. He can't remember the last time he felt complete: was it with El or was it with Will? Mike continues to struggle with his identity and without the guidance from his friends he may never find acceptance. [Takes place after the events of season 3]
