After Sang's family died she was moved from foster home to foster home. She has finally found a new life with her adopted parents, but she has yet to leave their property for five years out of fear of what lies in the real world. Sang is desperate to live a normal life free from her self contained prison and she is desperate to give her new parents the daughter they deserve. To accomplish this Sang takes on the assignment of recruiting nine new members for The Academy. Will she complete her assignment? Will she make her new parents proud? Will she find her normal? Sang thought her life was utterly perfect. She was about to graduate from college, she had a somewhat steady boyfriend, she only had two more payments and her car was completely paid for, and she was finally free from her family. But her perfect illusion is shattered with one little "gift".
