When Auror Potter is anonymously cursed with silence by being forced to hide his own voice inside his mind, there's unfortunately only one person in the country with the qualifications to fix it: Certified and Licensed Healer Legilimens, Draco Malfoy, specialist in Mind Curses and Afflictions. It's obviously a terrible idea, a disaster waiting to happen, but Draco's never been able to back down from a challenge... especially from Potter. Ron is annoyingly hot, Hermione sees right through you, Harry is a powerful idiot, and Draco is a reclusive masochist that would buy an entire city if it would make a kid happy. Draco Malfoy is the head potion brewer for the Ministry's onsite supply. Every day at three he goes to the nearest break room which coincidentally happens to be the auror break room, where he always seems run into Harry Potter, who might also be waiting just for him. It's most certainly not the highlight of his day and he certainly doesn't hold anything other than friendly feelings towards Potter. It's just tea. Nothing more than tea at three.

The Second Wizard War is over. Voldemort is dead, but the public wants revenge on his followers. Draco Malfoy is sentenced to life in Azkaban. After enduring months of torture, will Draco ever get out? The dementors are slowly eating him away. Will Harry Potter save him? And worse, will Draco ever recover? Healer Potter gets a new patient in his specialized ward at St. Mungo's. He can heal injuries that no one else can and it's clear from the start that this patient is broken. Injuries and abuse dating years. He knows that he can help him and he is surprised when he discovers Draco Malfoy is his patient for the next three months. Harry has to heal his injuries from an apparent suicide attempt, but soon he realizes that it's deeper than that. Draco is fresh out of Azkaban and Harry knows that the guards must have viciously tortured him, but Draco isn't talking. He's set up to stay in the Mental Health ward permanently if Harry doesn't heal him physically and mentally. At the same time, Harry isn't the righteous force of anger and courage that he once was. He quit the Aurors and suffers from extreme social anxiety, panic attacks and PTSD attacks, though it's not from war. Harry has to deal with his problems, too, but maybe not alone anymore. Trigger warning - there are discussions about sexual assaults, associated terminology and abuse. There are many panic attacks and some sleeping, eating and drinking disorders. This is a story of recovery from severe emotional distress.
