Virgil is just an angsty teen. Who happens to be able to see ghosts. In fact, his only friend, Thomas, is a ghost. Virgil is perfectly content with his life as is, being bullied by the kids at his highschool in London, and minding his own business. Everything changes when his mom announces that they are moving to America. Now he's starting his senior year of highschool at a new school, in a new country. This school is ruled by three guys. Roman Prince, the king of both drama kids and jocks, Logan Croft, head nerd, and Patton Hart, the leader of all of the average student population. Virgil is now trying to get used to a new place, cope with unfamiliar feelings, and deal with a malevolent ghost that haunts the halls of Storytime High. Virgil used to be a Dark Side but thanks to Patton, Logan, and Roman, the world doesn't seem as dark, until the last person that Virgil wanted to see comes back into his life. What used to be a perfect world with Logan, Patton, and Roman has now turned into a living hell. College AU Roman Foley, Logan Hodge, Virgil Todd and Patton Walker, couldn't be more different from each other; but somehow their paths cross and maybe they will start to walk the same one.

Metamorphs: a species that share both a human form and an animal form, they speak and understand both English and Anamalis (animal language). Metamorphs were never really accepted by the human race. And if anyone is reported for being a Metamorph, they will be arrested...and burned... some considered them witches, some considered them Aliens, but most believed they don't deserved to live. But thank goodness there are a few who are accepting, curious, and kind. And those are who Virgil found. (Art work by me)

"Virgil, do you want your parents to live?" "Yes! Please! I-I love them! Please!" "Would you do anything to make sure they stay safe?" "Yes, I'll do-do anyth-thing!" Virgil gave up his freedom years ago. He and his parents continued living in exchange for singing (among... other things) for the King. He doesn't regret it. That is until three visiting royals turn his world upside down and, for this first time since he was 10, he suddenly wants something other than for his parents to stay alive. Virgil doesn't understand and, neither do the others but, love is not meant to be easy and Virgil, he's learned that the hard way.
