There's something so beautiful, yet dangerous about words. They can make you happy, sad, angry, or even anxious. Words are a way to communicate, to express your feelings. I don't exactly consider myself a poet, neither I want to be well known. This is dedicated to the mother's who have lost a child throughout the years due to gang violence, senseless police brutality, military services, mass shootings and other unfortunate acts. I know you aren't told this at times, but you women deserve to be commended for your bravery and strength you hold in your heart, knowing a person has taken away the child you have delivered to this world. A child you grew to love before birth. Everyone should take a page from y'all book. It takes a strong and understanding person to look to the future, forgive those who have wronged us, for we know that only stunts our growth and only gives them more power over us.
