It's exactly what it sounds like

After the attack on Beacon, the Grimm have continued to grow in numbers. With Team RWBY split up and many other Huntsmen and Huntresses struggling​ to fight back, things seem to be getting worse by the day. But in this turmoil a new team will form to fight against the Grimm.. and the evil that lay deep in the shadows... Create your own team to join in the fight! Any team created here can and will be use within the story at your permission. You may also use the Roleplay Page to roleplay with my characters and I. The story of four teens, started off as Beacon students and ninjas in training. They don't get along or fight well together at first, but once they encounter dangerous enemies, they start to learn to work together and be the best team they can be, for the sake of Remnant. Disclaimer: I do not own RWBY, or the characters of RWBY. They really won't appear much in this story.

It's been a little over a week since my fight against team RWBY, and I've finally recovered. Better than recovered really, my weapon is new and improved. I know that, as I start fighting Grimm again, I'll probably have to "Collect" as many enhancements and Semblances as I can.

Hmph! Never thought I'd end up getting into Beacon. Mostly because I never even considered trying. But I'm here now, and while that does delay my own plans, I can't really do anything but try and make an impression.
