Everyone loves Sally Jackson, and by extension, her son Percy. Her kindness, charity and loyalty has rubbed off on him, and half of the people who live in the Seam are only alive because of the two of them. Sally is skilled in sewing and healing, and all of her pay goes straight to the hungry, because she knows Percy will bring home food from his hunting. Unbeknownst to her, Percy has also entered his name into the Hunger Games an obscene amount of times, giving all of his subsidies to families like the Everdeens. Percy's life changes irrevocably when Sally is killed, sending him into a deep depression. Primrose Everdeen, the only contestant to Sally in terms of popularity because of her lovable nature, becomes his new purpose, but what happens when Katniss volunteers for her in the Reaping, and Percy himself is chosen next? Will he fight for survival, or for something else entirely? This story pretends that Trials of Apollo doesn't exist. Sorry. Izuku had it all until it was ripped away from. First his mom. Next his freedom. Then his eyes. After it all, he was thrown to the street. Having ended up with the most unfortunate quirk, Izuku almost wished he'd simply been quirkless. The universe must've been kidding him. His quirk was way too villain-like for him to be a hero. But that made him all the more determined to be one. Just... in a different way.

No one believed Izuku when he said he had a quirk. Of course no one would believe the delusional quirkless boy who always mumbles to someone who nobody had ever seen, and was obsessed with books about of elixirs and conjurations and hypnosis. That of course changed when odd things began to occur around the boy. It started with his childhood 'friend's' broken arm healing mysteriously. Then, when everyone who crossed the boy ended up getting hurt. And lastly, when people began to swear they saw his shadow move without him. The town was full of whispers about how that boy may not be as quirkless as they thought.. But quirks like that don't exist. ...right?

Inko Midoriya is loving mother who would never leave a child behind. One day, she finds a young boy named Tomura whose Quirk seems to cause nothing but trouble. She adopts him and raises him alongside Izuku as his brother. However, when Izuku's bullying problems get worse he gets a strange visitor with a very tempting offer... Izuku Midoriya at the age of three manifests a quirk. With a quirk resembling that of a curse creature of myth and all the features to go with it. This young boy strives to use his quirk for good despite its deadly attributes and prove he's not a monster. Only problem is he can't look anyone in the eye to say it!
