This story is available to read on my Patreon, but a revised and edited version will be coming to Amazon/KU in February 2026. He was silent. A lifetime of poisonous words faded away when he came into my life, convincing me every single insidious whisper had been a lie. He gave me a glimpse into a world where I could be happy, creating a family of my own-one based on unconditional love and zero expectations. Except maybe one. When the moment comes for him to speak up and defend me, he doesn't say a word, and reality comes crashing down on my head. He's not the man I thought he was, but I'm not the same girl he fell in love with, either. I'm stronger now, and I know I deserve better, so when I walk away, he'll be the one left picking up the pieces. There is no cheating, just a TSTL Hero who should've known better.

Aniya thought marriage meant partnership, love, and maybe the occasional argument about Netflix passwords. What she didn't plan for was Farrah - Spencer's charming, passive-aggressive "work wife" who somehow made "emotional cheating" look like part of the job description. At first, it was small stuff: snarky comments about Aniya's yoga career, a suspicious number of office selfies, and a mysteriously missing anniversary mug. But when Farrah starts hashtagging Spencer as her "WorkHubby" and scheduling dinners on their actual anniversary, Aniya realizes she's not imagining it-this woman is trying to steal her man, one team meeting at a time. Now Aniya has two options: 1. Let Farrah run the show while Spencer plays the clueless nice guy. 2. Or remind everyone - including her husband - exactly who's married to him. Told with sharp humor, brutal honesty, and enough chaos to fill an HR report, Delete Her Number, Spencer is a modern love story about marriage in the social media era - where loyalty is tested, egos are fragile, and no one is safe from a "work bestie" with boundary issues.

**PREVIEW(CH. 18)** I'm getting arrested for this, aren't I? Well, at least I'll get some peace and quiet enough in holding. I shake my head, leaning back against the truck. My skull thumped against the metal, biting cold through my pounding headache. It's not just my head, everything hurts. My ass especially felt like a horse had kicked me square in it, and my throat caught a second one for good measure. This shit's for the weak, but at least I know it's real. ... "Now, baby?" Elijah's hands started to hover over the still taser in my hand. "Why would you-what the hell were you thinkin'?!" His rising tone hit my ears like nails, making my headache go from bad to worse. I lined that taser up at his chest, resting my eyes. "Shut. Up." My voice came out shredded as my vocal cords tried to rearrange themselves back in place after having this man in my mouth. "I swear to God, I will drop you too." He stopped dead, staring at me before he barked out a laugh that made my eye start jumping. "I don't know what I was expectin' from you first thing this mornin', woman," His voice went into a whisper, shaking his head. "But it sure as shit wasn't that." ... "Y'know," I stared at him a long second, smiling. "You make my ass itch when you talk like that." "Good." He nodded, shrugging it off. "You been makin' mine itch for longer." A tired sigh escaped me before I could stop it. "Then we're probably never gonna stop fighting." "Attagirl," he said easily, flicking my forehead with them hard ass fingers. "And when other people start makin' it itch, we'll jump 'em."

William, Earl of Ashford, and Violet Hayes had known each other since childhood-he, heir to a great title, and she, the daughter of his father's horse master and the cook. What began as innocent friendship blossomed into stolen kisses and whispered vows. William swore their love would cross every boundary of class, that nothing-not family, nor duty, nor the rigid rules of society-would keep them apart. But when William returns from London in the midst of the Season, it is not to claim Violet's hand as he had promised-it is to announce his engagement to a woman of wealth and pedigree. Violet's pleas shatter against his cold words: this is his duty, and nothing will change it. Worse still, his mother ensures Violet's disappearance, warning that if she does not leave at once, her parents will lose their livelihoods. Lady Ashford will not allow a servant's daughter-carrying her son's child-to remain when his new bride is soon to arrive. To Violet, it is not only her love William has cast aside-but their unborn child as well. Shattered and alone, she is sent away, banished from the man she once trusted with her entire heart and soul. Years pass. William's glittering marriage ends in ashes when his wife dies childless, leaving him with nothing but regret. Seeking Violet at last, he finds not the trusting girl who once believed in his promises, but a woman carved by heartbreak and hardened by loss. Violet lives only for her daughter-the child William rejected long ago. Her heart is withered, her trust broken, and she no longer believes in the promises of men. When it mattered most, William did not choose her. And Violet Hayes has vowed never again to be that girl who chose him. Content Warnings: referenced suicide (off-page), child choking incidents (fully resolved), emotional cruelty/manipulation, abandonment of a pregnant heroine, loveless duty marriage, grief/loss, class power imbalance, and secret baby (father unaware).

October I loved him with everything I had. From the moment I was a teenager scribbling his name in my notebooks, to the nights I waited up for him with cold dinners and colder silences. He was my first everything-my husband, the father of my children, the quiet love of my life. I built our world with devotion, patience, and hope. But love isn't always enough, especially when you're competing with someone who seems to get the version of him you used to dream of. I told myself he'd remember me. That one day he'd see me again. But the truth is, he already looked away-months ago. And I let it happen. Until my children saw it too. Until I couldn't unsee it.
