Prophecies are works about journeys and saving clans via StarClan's designated cats. StarClan can't predict everything though, right? Sparkfur is hated by much of her clan. She's much more intelligent than any other cat, she's sassy, and an annoyance. They have half a mind to kick her out, but at the same time, they would never put the deputy's sister in the dangers of being a loner. That's the difference about DrizzleClan and its fellow bordering clans: the rogues are savages that will murder any lone cat in cold blood if they don't join up with the growing Rogue band. So no blunt prophecy from the heavens, but we do have Sparkfur and her tense-relationship with her brother Berryfoot to stop the massacres. Nobody remembers the old clans. Instead, two new clans have been born from the ashes of the past: ColdClan, the sturdy and kind mountain dwellers, and HeatClan, the lithe cats living in the exposed plain below. For the previous year, the two clans have been in turmoil. StarClan has not sent any signs to either clan for as long as some can remember, and the threats of predators that each clan faces grow more intense with every passing heartbeat. Skypaw and Sunpaw, two sisters living in ColdClan, have found threats in those they thought they could trust. Their bond as siblings grows stronger with each day as those around them begin to betray them. But when four kits are born, two in ColdClan and two in HeatClan, the cats begin to think that StarClan still has hope for them. Can Skypaw and Sunpaw figure out the mystery surrounding their clan?
