His parents had abandoned him, he always was blamed for things, and was always able to withstand all the insults that the countries threw at him, but it hurt though. He was strong. But many of the countries didn't know that. But when a world meeting reveals America's memories. They'll find out and see him for what he really is. Strong. But not just strong. Truly Strong. Russia finds out that he's having to share a dorm room with the one and only America, a country that's too loud, too excited, and too touchy for Russia's taste. However, America isn't as happy as he always seems, but Russia doesn't want to play therapist for the other country as he deals with issues of his own.
