Jon is stunned by Daenerys's proposition - offered to him atop the snow covered walls of the castle he grew up a bastard with a bastard's name. This is an alternate take on the ending of GoT which in terms of timeline would be set after the events of SEASON 6 of the TV show. This is mainly Jonerys fanfic. This is essentially a complete rewrite of the last two seasons of the show which feels completely necessary at the moment for to me to nurse this broken heart. Six years later, Jon and Daenerys Stargeryn are still preparing for the up an coming winter war. The Lions in the south stock around ready to pounce at a moment notice. The Flowers in the west grows towards the throne. And the Snakes in the east sneak and slither there way towards revenge and absolution. Meanwhile beyond the wall in the north, the long night prepares it's conquest of all of Westeros. As fate whispers to the wolf, "you cannot withstand the storm" And the wolf whispers back "I am the storm!!" Please read the song of ice and fire before reading. This story takes place at 8x01. All the (horrible) events from the season finale did not happen. Bran saw everything in a vision before Jon and Dany arrived at Winterfell, and logically, Bran does not want to be King and he does not like what he sees in his visions. Also, he feels the need to prevent thousands of people dying in Kingslanding. He asks for Jon and tells him everything. This changes the future events forever ..

Thirty years ago, the owners of the largest and most profitable enterprises in Westeros, Stark Corp. and Targaryen Inc., signed an agreement to end the war between the two and decided the best way to maintain a long lasting peace would be an eventual marriage alliance. If it had worked for so many years in history why couldn't it work today. This is a story I'm writing for AO3, but decided to post it here as well. Hope you like it :)
