Peter Parker was a deaf fifteen-year-old with a past he wanted to forget, however, he had one person who kept him sane, Aunt May. When May passed away, Peter ended up on the streets, he's just a kid and he has to survive on his own as well as being Spider-Man. Can a certain hero save Peter and take him away from his hellish lifestyle? WARNING: This story does contain some things which could trigger people- Peter's a homeless kid who's starving and lives on the streets, I'll put trigger warnings for things specific to chapters but please don't read this if that would trigger you. Peter refused to let May take on a third job to stabilize their increasingly tight finances. Instead, Peter is determined to handle school, friends, his neighborhood duties, and a new job. Mutants don't need sleep, right? COMPLETE

An ordinary accident leaves Peter Parker an orphan once again. The worst part was nothing could have prevented it, Aunt May was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Little did Peter know that he had a godfather, and Peter was very shocked to find Tony FREAKING Stark, of all people, was filling out his adoption paper. Even more so to find out Tony already knew he was the web slinging Spider-Man... though that still only left one problem. Tony had no idea Peter was a wizard. OR Peter's just the average student wizard who loses his last remaining family member. Oddly enough his #1 no-maj idol turns out to be his godfather and soon circumstances bring him to Hogwarts along with the bizarre twist of fate that lead his name being placed in the goblet of fire. Outrage rang out through the schools as not one, but two underage wizards were picked to represent Hogwarts in the Triwizard Tournaments. Peter never expected to be held in the lime light next to the famous 'Boy Who Lived.' Tony was only just getting used to the fact that his adopted spider-son was a wizard, now he had new worries for the kid as he participated in the deadly challenges of the tournament.

Peter is a normal teen. His Dad is a billionaire genius, also known as Iron man, and his other Dad is a superhuman soldier, who got frozen for 70 years, along side his uncle, who is ex-assassin. With his other two uncles being gods, an aunt who was a Russian spy- OK, maybe he wasn't that normal. And it only adds that he got bitten by a radioactive spider at the age of fourteen.
