Not only is he a model, and a singer but he just so happens to run his own company. To be hired, you must go through an outrageous process to test your beauty and skill. Only the best of the best get in, even for tours! Once a year there is a raffle where one random person gets to work at the institute for three months, if it goes well then they're hired. This is a sequel to the ugly dolls movie. Lou realises how horrible he treated his 'friends' and wants to change but is not so convinced that he has a chance on doing so. But Mandy comes along and helps him change his ways.
