A story set in the aftermath of The Batman and coinciding with the events The Penguin. The story follows Bell, an ex-military Russian mercenary seeking to make a life for himself in Gotham despite the guilt he feels for his actions. Bell's goodhearted nature is put to the test by the city, and he fights to stay true to himself in a world that seeks to crush him.
