Hailey Brooks just transferred from Miami, Florida to Lima, Ohio. She is 16. She transferred to the school called William McKinley High School. Jim Brooks is Hailey's dad. He was 15 when he had her. Hailey's Mom was 16. When Mae Smith who is Hailey's mom found out she was pregnant she was worried. She didn't want her but she went through with giving birth to her. She ran away when she got out of the hospital. Even though Jim was 15 he took care of Hailey. He even named her since her mom ran away. They both loved the name Hailey and he gave her the middle name Mae a.k.a her mom's name. Jim worked as a janitor back in Miami at a elementary school. He didn't have enough money to live in Miami so they moved to Ohio. Jim found out that he will be the janitor at her school but he hasn't told her yet. Back at her old school Hailey was in the glee club. What will happen when she joins the glee club here?
