Whenever she would ask them, they would chuckle nervously and tell her about the genin days. Sarada was tired of that. She knew all about Papa and Mama's genin days. It was the teen days she was interested in. And on her 13th birthday, Sarada got her chance. Along with her friend, Boruto Uzumaki, the young Uchiha heiress got sucked into the past, when her parents were 16 years old, to be precise. She goes into that world thinking that her parents were like they were in the outside world, loving and caring. However, the young Uchiha quickly realizes that not everything is how she thought it would be, and that not everything is as it seems. Team 7 is sent on a mission to investigate a disturbance outside of the village, where they encounter an unconscious girl in a crater. The mysterious Sarada insists she's a shinobi from the Hidden Leaf trying to rescue her teammates, but something about her is suspicious. When the team discovers she possesses a Sharingan, things become even more unbelievable.

"I didn't get to have my dad." Sarada said angrily. "My dad missed out on all of my childhood. Your dad is there, and every attempt he makes to be with you...you just ignore him!" "Your dad left because he didn't have a choice! He-" "No, he did! He had the choice to leave. He knew that there was a mission, but it didn't have to be him to take it. But he chose not to, he left me and my mother alone. Now that he's home, I welcome him back into my life, but you? You're dad is trying, just like mine, but you choose to leave him dangling. Do you want a father at all?!" I threw another stick into the fire. The small embers float into the sky to join the now bright stars. When you squint, you can hardly tell the difference between the sparks and the stars themselves. "I'm 14, and yet I still...I still act like a child." "You could say that again." "It should be right here." Neji muttered as he dug through the books. If we had this scroll, we could finally go home. My dad would be back to normal, my mom would finally wake up, we could all go back to the way things were. But then, I heard something that stole the breath from my lungs. A scraping noise that scratched against the cold stone. I felt the hair on the back of my neck rise, and I froze right where I stood, unable to breathe. Whoever was there, they were right behind me. "Well..." I heard someone say, their voice like dripping ice. The scraping drawing nearer and nearer. "It took you long enough." Boruto, Sarada, Inojin, and Shikadai stumble upon a mysterious scroll which throws them into an unfamiliar timeline. When their concerned parents use the scroll to join their children in the past, they experience unexpected symptoms. All of the original generation have begun to re-experience all of their past wounds, taking their tolls all at once. Now with a deadline, the new generation of shinobi, have to find a solution to the current crisis before the future becomes permanently changed.

Because of the Fourth Great Ninja War, of the deity named Kaguya, the world almost came to an end. However, something odd happened; the past came right before their eyes, and they were living in it. When Kurama came to his senses, he saw Konoha, a masked man, Kushina, and the Fourth Hokage standing at the Hokage Monument, studying his every move. By this, Kurama supposed that he should start by changing two things: cooperating... and letting Naruto's parents live. But the real question is... who was the one that time-travelled? Sasuke and Naruto get transported back in time thanks to Kurama. Now they both have the chance to change the past for the better... But it turns out that knowing everything is just as big of a burden as not knowing anything at all. They must keep this secret of time travel to themselves while saving everyone they've cared for. The abuse and neglect of the village has had a severe impact on his emotional stability. He is depressed and suicidal. He forces the negative memories at bay, but every time there is a rain storm it cracks him open. It brings back all the painful memories. He believes no one has noticed. He thinks no one cares. No one can help him. He is wrong. His savior is an unlikely source. What will happen when his savior figures out what is going on? Can he be saved? Will it be too late?
