They become a full wolf, a Rogue. Rogues are both pitied and loathed by the werewolf world. They are vicious creatures with no morals and a lust for blood. The second outcome is a slow and painful death. They will suffer 'episodes' that will become more painful as time passes without their mate, until their body gives out and they die. What happens during these 'episodes' varies from werewolf to werewolf. All die within two months. Nealuchi, or Neal, is the exception.
