This is simply for fun where I can put my head canon into words. This story is inspired by v3hisa121's "The Continuation of Goodbyes Between You and Me". Shuichi Saihara, Maki Harukawa, and Himiko Yumeno have ended the 53rd season of Danganronpa, and are bracing themselves for the outside world. Meanwhile, Kaede Akamatsu has returned to the real world immediately after her demise in Danganronpa. She has no recollection of her time in Danganronpa, and has seemingly forgotten everything. At least, that's how it's supposed to be... This story will revolve primarily around the perspective of Shuichi Saihara and Kaede Akamatsu

Kaede Akamatsu joins Hopes Peak Academy only to find a boy who becomes her best friend, Shuichi Saihara. With friends, enemies, and a hidden past, how will Kaede and Shuichi find out what their relationship holds?

In this story, Kaede never dies. Nobody dies and they are just stuck in the killing game. This is a romance between Kaede and Shuichi. Read and watch it blossom into something beautiful as they learn from each other, have fun times with each other and the rest of the 16, and grow with each other.
