Dahil dito ay muling lumobo ang kanyang timbang at naglagay para manganib ang kanyang buhay. Pagkalipas ng apat na taon, ang dating overweight na si Lestat ay isa ng maskulado at isa ng gym owner. Dahil sa isang insidente ay nakilala ni Lestat si Chelsea, isang overweight na dalaga na dumaranas din nang matinding depresyon. Tutulungan ni Lestat si Chelsea na muling ibalik ang kumpiyansa nito sa sarili. Pero isang lihim ng dalaga ang kanyang matutuklasan. Kung bakit pinili nito na magtago sa Two Hundred Twenty pounds na katawan.

Paano ba magmahal ng taong sa una pa lang ay lubos mo ng kinamumuhian? Totoo kaya na may taong nakalaan para sa isa't-isa kahit pareho man ang inyong kasarian? We will never know. This is a male to male story that will inspire the readers to believe that someone will come into our lives to make it more meaningful. We might get hurt but, it will make us more stronger.
