Abby is nothing close to a normal girl, she daydreams, draws all over her work and wants nothing more than to tear down the ceiling and watch the clouds pass her by. Hi, Im Jamie and Im Deaf. Im a 16 year old teenage girl that goes to the worst high school imaginable. Burnside High. The teachers are the most strict and they dont even sign. I've been practicing reading lips, its just really harder than I thought. Thats why im failing all my classes. I swear I'd be the best student If I understood most of what the teachers were saying. I hate being deaf and I hate my parents, they blame me for everything. There is this guy though, his name is Max. Me and him would never work.......well thats what I thought.
