Supported by her father, Haley sets her mind on helping Xavier any way she can, and what begins with tutoring sessions, free food, and random acts of kindness blooms into friendship and something a little more. #1 in Jealousy "I don't get it!" I yell while hurrying to catch up with him. "You don't need to get it!" he hisses out, not sounding tired after jogging for 20 minutes straight. While I on the other hand am heaving for my breath. "Why are you so hell bent on finding out who kissed you at Trevor's stupid party?!" No response. "It was just a kiss!" I try again. He stops up abruptly, turning around in a swift motion glowering down at me. I gulp. "Just a kiss?!" he whispers, I nod my head hesitantly. "JUST A KISS?!" I shrink back. He inches closer, his heavenly built towering over me. Forehead to forehead, nose to nose...disappointingly not mouth to mouth... I lick my lips slowly. He looks down, gulping before slightly moving away. "Just a kiss." I confirm. His blazing eyes find mine again. "No, it was not just a kiss! Maybe for her, but not for me!" "Why not?!" I press on. "BECAUSE SHE STOLE MY FIRST KISS!!" I gasp loudly, staggering back. His fingers graze his lips slowly before he snaps out of it, turns around and storms away. This time I don't bother following him, I am in shock. I Accidentally Stole The Bad Boy's First Kiss... ••• Completed | ✓ Unedited (Read at your own risk)

He was the boy that no one noticed. He was quiet, bland to the naked eye, a total wallflower who sat on the sidelines and lacked in eye contact with those around him though he had the type of eyes that made you feel like you could drown. He tried his best to blend into the background, but what he didn't know was that he was the only one that caught my eye. He was the most intriguing person I had ever laid eyes on even though he couldn't see me. He couldn't see anything.

*Rule #1 Don't stare. It's rude and suspicious. *Rule #2 Don't look them in the eyes. It can sometimes be seen as a challenge. *Rule #3 Always remember that they're practically animals. *Rule #4 (By far the most important rule) Never ever forget your wrap at home. Four simple rules. That's all I have to follow. With those four rules I'm seen as just "one of the guys". Which is fine by me. After all, playing Division 1 Mens Hockey at the college level is hard enough, but being a girl on that level? It's unheard of. So if wearing baggy clothing and befriending the medical staff keeps me known as a "guy" then so be it. Eventually though its not enough. Boys are practically hounds, they can smell girls. And all it takes is one slip up and the whole team will know I'm a girl. But maybe everyone knowing won't be such a bad thing. After all, hockey boys are pretty hot. Well some of them. It doesn't help that my body seems determined to end my hockey career too. Everything used to be so quiet and simple, but lately everything is so complicated. Oh boy. I just want to play hockey. ~~~~~~ Warning: This book contains lots of swearing. Some of the content may also be triggering. Harley Branson is a normal seventeen year old girl in her senior year of high school. Well, if you call wearing black and avoiding people normal. Her life takes a turn when the most popular and wanted boy in school (Flynn Skykar) hits her in the face with a baseball bat and decides to take care of her. * * * "Get off the field!,"I heard one of the guys shout. I ignored him. Danny cheated on me. I had to confront him. He was the catcher so he stooped directly behind Flynn, the batter. "Danny,"I pushed his shoulder. "What are you doing here?,"he looked up at me. Not noticing my tiny presence on the field, the ball was thrown. Flynn, that idiot, swung his bat, knocking me to the ground with one swoop. When I opened my eyes, I thought I was in heaven. The blue eyed angel was knelt down next to me, with his face above mine. "Are you dead?,"he chuckled,"I can give you mouth to mouth if you want?" And with that I got mad.
