(This story will be removed on October 4th for final revisions!) Ivy lives in the prison that used to be her neighborhood, until she finds herself selected for a new government experiment. Season 3 of Toxic Nature ***** The Zoo is a place where all go to be Greater. Men and women and animals combine in the fight to be one with Mother Nature. All who are chosen are proud to serve the cause, no matter how things are outside their oasis. Everyone apart from Ivy either genuinely believes the lies or simply doesn't want to face reality. But one man knows the truth. They call him Keeper because that's what he's always been. He cares for the animals, serving their every need and following the rules to a fault. But the more time he spends with Ivy, the more he grows sick of the big lie. As rules are questioned, and walls are broken, they'll both need to decide which risks are worth taking.

After a brutal battle forever changes the swamp, Croc and Willow set out to fight the war. Season 2 of Toxic Nature ***** Willow knows the horrors that await them. She's passed them on the street and heard them screaming in the night. She's sat with them, strapped to a chair, watching those around her slowly rot from the poison injecting into their veins. Exposing Croc is the last thing she wants to do. But with no other choice, they set out with Tex and his men on a journey filled with death, new life, and strange dreams that leave Willow questioning her own reality. Croc is strong. Croc protects. Croc knows how to survive. But when he breaks Pappy's number one rule, Croc finds himself lost in a world unlike anything he could ever imagine. Clues from his past resurface as if Pappy is reaching out from beyond the grave, and Croc grows desperate to learn more. But when death comes knocking, he's thrown into a fight for more than just survival. The Greater Good is killing the mother, and he can't help but feel like his whole life was leading him to this moment. To save her. Fern knows how to survive. That's all she's done since her family was killed for hiding refugees, forcing her to flee their farm and enter a life of solitude in the woods. Until a routine hunt goes haywire in the form of a talking bear and a giant named Tex. When Tex sees Fern's abilities at survivalism, he knows he needs her knowledge. He wants her help, not just for the people in his camp, but with the army he's building, and the government he wants to overthrow. Fern will have to make a choice. Follow in her daddy's footsteps and risk another loss, or return to her life of loneliness and let the world fall down around her.

Best rank: #1 in Action! Included in Action's Featured List! Amelia Reyes has been raised within an orphanage her entire life, but she just recently broke free of their grasp. The men who raised her taught her the skills of a street fighter. They taught her to take pain. They taught her how to survive. They taught her to give no mercy. They showed her pain. They gave her the 564 that is engraved on her wrist. But that 564 is a reminder. A reminder of love, of mercy, of hope. They took her innocence and her freedom, but they did not take the fire in her heart. ______________________________________________________________________ Thanks to @captainmarvel165 for designing this beautiful cover, and thanks to @LeagueofGraphics who featured it in their book and for everything they helped with for this wonderful piece of art! © 2015-2016 Katherine Hinchley (Wattpad user -MidnightStories-) All Right Reserved. Iliana Katrakis couldn't care less about the will of the gods, and she's certain they feel the same way about her. After all, it's rare for the god-touched to live normal lives--and that's all she wants. Having spent the last three years aboard the merchant ship Airlea, Iliana couldn't be happier. Sure, her best friend Kain is the only one who knows she's a girl, but it's a good life. The work is simple, and her shipmates are the closest thing to a family she has. Fate, however, is not on her side. A storm tosses the Airlea wildly off course. Within the day, she's stranded, alone and injured, on a foggy island known only as Inna's Cove. She's given a choice: become one of the islands' goddess blessed sirens and rescue her best friend, or take her chance with the monster-infested woods. The choice seems obvious. That is, until the mercenaries arrive. Their captain wants a siren--and not even the threat of the goddess' wrath will change his mind. **Cover by Morana

Once won, they are scarified with their name and short-lived identity in an unforgiving world, where there is an absence of hope for people with mortality coursing through their red veins. Servitude shackled humanity, but then a girl stood in the arena on the first summer solstice since she turned eighteen years old. A nameless girl, trembling behind the safety of her friend, landed in the Gods' worlds without knowing that she was going to be their unraveling. This wide-eyed slave, who bled two colors. One red like humans. One gold like the gods. Five hundred years ago, humanity's freedom died, but she's here to take it back. Final Book Cover commissioned by @Fantastical-Ink

*COMPLETED* (Y.O.L.O stands for: YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE) *** Carter Jones, the school nerd, and Killian Henderson, the reputated troublemaker, somehow end up getting detention together. "How about we make a bet?" Offered Killian, his pistachio-green eyes drilling into mine as a playful smile lingered on his lips. "A bet?" I gulped, intimidated by how close he was sitting next to me. He nodded and raised four fingers, the ones with the letters "Y.O.L.O" tattooed on them, wriggling them in front of me with his ever-so-confident grin. "Four dares, Jones, just you and me." And that's how it all started. *** Rankings: #fiction #featured #queer #gay #depression #bl #youngadult #featured #comedy #bisexual #manxman #teen fiction #boyxboy #bxb #LGBT #romance Cover designed by Holly Thurston
