That orc is Ore Fa'aalnav. Ore spent his entire life helping the orcs grow, get over their differences and create the first orc kingdom. Now, he holds the title and duties of the Great King of the Great Orc Kingdom. When one of the orc expeditions into the rest of the world returns with a peculiar book about a certain type of magic, the king finds himself being reminded of how his people were created.
