The death of Nanaba, Mike and Erwin has been really devastating for the survey corps and most of all to the child Mike and Nanaba left behind, but the bodies of Mike and Nanaba where never found. It was assumed, that they were devoured completely, but how can we be sure? No witnesses are there to have seen it happen. What if they aren't dead? And Erwin? He was put to his final rest in a bed in the Shiganshia district, but when they came to retrieve it for an official burial, it wasn't there anymore.
