"Do you really think it's that easy?" I ask, glaring up at him. He takes a step closer. "It's not going to work on me." He raises an eyebrow at me. "What's not going to work?" He asks, his voice barely above a whisper as he gently wraps an arm around my waist, caressing my cheek with the other. "I see exactly what you're doing, Oliver. I've seen you do it with every other girl. You sweet-talk them so they think you actually like them, and then you lower them into bed with you. Well guess what? I'm not falling for it."
