After a tense escape from big mom and near death from a set of collars Hyogoro realizes that Luffy has practically mastered the power he is trying to learn and just needs more time to do it consistently and to take himself to the next level. However, with only a few days for the festival, it's not looking good for the Strawhat boy. Hyogoro then remembers a shrine his old master once told him about long ago. This shrine can transport someone to another world unknown to all in the grandline. Somehow a month or longer in that world is only two days here which should give Luffy enough time to get to yonko level strength if he trains hard enough.
