This is the first chapter to a Work in Progress YA Sci-fi Novel. I hope it piques your interest. I feel like this chapter works as a short story.

Clocking in on Highway 118 is a paranormal short fiction story about a biker named Dean. This work is a dark comedy, as well as, a ghost story.

Her life turns miserable as days go by, so out of rage and sadness, she writes 6 letters to the people who turned out to be the reason of her suicide attempt. But the story is not that simple. Not. Even. Close. Things get complicated when the murders begin. I've never really been into horror / thriller literature, but this book single-handedly made me a fan! The writing style, the level of detail, the suspense, the amount of research that went into crafting the plot and stage for this dynamic masterpiece of a book is STUNNING. And Sean Fisher composed MUSIC for the book. MUSIC! I highly recommend this story to inquisitive readers who want to be simultaneously impressed and disquieted--especially those that crave a great plot twist (because wow).
