Dahlia is heading home for Christmas for the first time in two years. Much to her disappointment, her brother's best friend, Jade, will be joining her on her 10 hour drive home. Rivals since they were children, the two are going to convince Dahlia's parents that the two are dating, just to get a rise out of them. Dahlia can't stand Jade, but will the time they spend stuck in a car together, change all of that? He was probably right. I think if mom and dad thought we were together, it'd send them off the deep end. Right now, I wanted to give them a giant shove. "Hmm," I narrowed my eyes at him. "You'd fake it with me?" His lips tipped up. "Oh I wouldn't have to fake much with you, doll." Thank you to @ashley_mariex for my beautiful cover.

And that includes my new trainer, Sawyer Tucker. At ten years my senior, she thinks she's too old for me, but I think she's the hottest woman I've ever seen, and she's about to test all my rules of the heart. Content concerns: discussions of past abuse/trauma, loss of a parent

K9 deputy Mac Tullman and his furry partner Rego are going on their first vacation in years with a group of fellow officers and their spouses and a few others friends. For Brenna Malloy the scars are healing, both physical and emotional. Partially due to the stubborn love of her self appointed brothers and their families dragging her back into the world that harmed her so badly including taking her on a Carribean vacation. It's been two years since that fateful day, she is slowly learning to enjoy the world again but she still wonders if she will ever learn to trust again much less allow herself to feel love.

Theo Wedgeworth always thought her grandmother was a formidable woman, but it wasn't until she offered to babysit the eighty-year-old widow's fruit farm, in the tropical climes of Far North Queensland, that she learnt just how extraordinary Edna Jennings truly was. Indeed, all the women in Theo's family evoke admiration in their own individual way, and so when the opportunity came around to support the matriarch, and perhaps gain a little self-esteem along the way, she threw herself at it. Far from the usual routine of her humdrum city life, Theo quickly finds herself in way over her head and knee deep in horticultural purgatory. Learning skills she never thought herself capable of, and going into battle with poisonous toads and her tween self's arch nemesis, Luca Antonelli, the stunning scenery and stifling daily workouts aren't the only thing leaving her breathless.
