Everyone that can wander the multiverse knows that Nightmare and Dream are mortal enemies. One causes sorrow, the other causes happiness. They also know that it had been this way for many years. But it wasn't always that way. {This is my first work, so criticism is welcomed with open arms.} (DREAMTALE BELONGS TO JOKU!! This is just my retelling of the story.) Nightmare had hit his breaking point, and ate the apples. Powered by their corruption, he was covered in negativity and fed off of the villagers fear before killing them. His brother's voice got through to him before he petrified him though, and Nightmare ran. He soon woke up in an unknown place, a gem embedded into his chest and a battle happening near him. What is a 'monster' like him to do?

Balance was tipping in the Star Sanses' favor and Nightmare can't keep up. He needs to make his own group to balance out the multiverse. Is recruiting the Bad Sanses really about balance, though? Or because of something else...? Cover by me No beta, we die like men #1 in balance
