Natasha, Steve and Sam are underground post the events of Civil War still engaging in missions, fighting off terrorist groups dealing with Chitauri remnants while simultaneously trying to find an equilibrium in their own lives. However, after he drops Bucky off in Wakanda where he'll be safe, Steve feels more alone than ever. Natasha Romanoff is on her own. Bruce Banner is still missing, Thor is off who-knows-where doing who-knows-what, and the Avengers are scattered. Nevertheless, she's perfectly okay with being alone. She always has been. Knowing that Steve is alone, however? It worries her.
